DAHLIA TUBER SALES TERMS

Availability

All dahlia tubers are grown and sold from our Michigan farm and are available for purchase within the United States only.

Shipping

• US shipping only
• Orders ship mid to late April through May
• Shipping timelines depend on seasonal weather conditions
• We monitor delivery locations to avoid freezing temperatures
• Orders ship via USPS

We reserve the right to delay shipment if freezing conditions are present.

Local Pickup

Local farm pickup is available by arrangement. Customers selecting pickup will receive email instructions.

Final Sale Policy

All dahlia tuber sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.

Damaged in Transit

If tubers arrive damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

• The packaging

Failure to notify within 48 hours may void replacement consideration.

GROWING DISCLAIMER

Each tuber is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it is healthy and viable at the time it leaves our farm.
